Once a guest completes a review in Feed it Back and applauds a team member, a kudos message containing an @mention for the recognised user will be automatically sent in Yapster when the team member hits his target number of applauds for the day - this message will be sent in a group yap containing the whole team to boost morale and encourage recognition.
