Once you've signed up to Yapster, it's time to request your HR feed from Kobas following the steps outlined below!
Given our partnership with Kobas, we can integrate to pull in your HR data and staff updates directly from their API, meaning all new starter/leaver and site change updates will be reflected in Yapster during our nightly automated data imports.
Here's how to access the details Yapster needs to build this HR connector from your Kobas Cloud portal:
Step 1 - Head to Administration --> Integration Settings --> Communications;
Step 2 - Tick the checkbox, and your API credentials will be revealed;
Step 3 - Click the icon next to API Credentials to copy your details;
Step 4 - Send the details to the Yapster Support Team
Please send these details to Yapster Support at support@yapster.info, preferably titled: Company name x Kobas connector.
Once received, the Team will inspect the export to ensure data integrity and will be in touch should there be any issues.
Once the export is verified, we will schedule for the connector to be built during the next available sprint. These usually occur every fortnight, although this may vary
Step 5 - Yapster build the connector
Once your connector is built, your employee details will be populated into your workspace. You (and a select group of early platform users) will receive an invitation to onboard onto Yapster and explore the directory.
A member of the team will also be in touch to discuss and plan out your launch, so should you have any issues or questions regarding the connector or the directory, these can be raised immediately.
