Yapster's standard terms of use

Upon onboarding (logging into Yapster for the first time) one of the first pages you will see is Yapster's Terms & Conditions. Please read these carefully before clicking Accept to move to the next stage of onboarding. Please note, clicking Reject here will redact your account from the system effective immediately. Here are Yapster's Terms & Conditions:

Welcome to Yapster! Please note:

1. Anything posted to Yapster is private to YOUR COMPANY. You are under no obligation to use this service at any time but, when using the service, you must act responsibly and comply with YOUR COMPANY policies (such as relevant sections of the Social Media Policy, Email Usage Policy and Internet & Acceptable Use Policy). After logging in, it will be your responsibility to log out if you decide you no longer wish to use the service.

2. Your use of Yapster is subject to the licence agreement between Employee Republic Limited (t/a "Yapster") and YOUR COMPANY. In particular, you agree that we may process your data for the purposes of delivering the service - and that data belongs to YOUR COMPANY.

3. Yapster maintains a disclosures policy setting out the very limited circumstances in which we may put community security before privacy at yapster.info/privacy


Your organisation can choose to amend the Terms & Conditions for your Organisation so you can take a look at your specific Terms & Conditions anytime in the app

Find your Terms and Conditions📝 by heading to the Settings Cog ⚙️in the top left corner of your app.

Clicking the Settings Cog ⚙️ will reveal your side panel options of:

  • Notifications🔔

  • My Profile😀

  • My Uploads🖼️

  • My Devices📱

  • Terms and Conditions📝

  • Settings⚙️

Clicking on Terms and Conditions📝 will then show you the terms of use for your organisation.

  • You will then have to Accept or Decline (declining will redact you from Yapster)
