The "Report as offensive" button is there to protect your teams from content that does not adhere to your own internal policies, and/or that they feel is inappropriate.

It is often self-policed so thankfully not used very often, however below is what will occur when someone presses the offensive content button.
Offensive Content Reporting Set Up
When you are setting up Yapster you need to provide an email address for offensive content reports to be sent to
Things to consider:-
This should be a team email address so when people are on holiday or sick, there is no single point of failure such that someone else can action it,
Whoever receives it should be in the HR/People department as they are trained to investigate these reports.
Out of office hours or weekends should be covered
What Offensive Content Reports consist of:
1) Where the content is |

5) Ability to access content and delete it | There is a link that allows you to log in as the content owner profile for 48 hours, allowing you to read the content they wrote and if necessary delete it
