Onboarding to Yapster requires an email invitation and a 3 step process to set up and verify your account. For existing members of staff, this invite process and onboarding journey will happen during the launch of Yapster as a communication tool within your organisation.
For new starters joining the organisation once Yapster has launched, the invite process is just as simple π
Your company directory, found by clicking the Find tab π is refreshed during automated daily imports meaning profiles for new starters are created, leavers are removed and their access revoked, and site or role changes are actioned. Once new starter details have been added and processed by your company HR system, they should appear in the directory by the next day.
New profiles appearing in the directory are automatically sent an invite to join Yapster. This invite is sent to the email address added to the contact details in your HR system so make sure this is entered accurately.
