System administrators are able to send bulk invites at any time to non-onboarded users. Open Yapster on your desktop browser (app.yapsterchat.com) and head to your Apps tab to access your Admin yapplication. This will open a new window in your browser.
If you don't have the Admin yapplication and believe you should, please speak to your administrator who will be able to give you the relevant permissions.
Once you click Go under Invite Users, which enables you to send invite emails to new and non-onboarded users, you will be presented with 2 choices.
Either to send an invite to all non-onboarded users across the organisation, or to send an invite to all non-onboarded users in selected groups only. The selected option is denoted by a darker background colour.
Selecting Non-onboarded users in selected groups only reveals a Group name search bar. As you type, directory groups that correspond will appear. Make sure to type the group names exactly how they appear in your HR data.
This could be the difference between Manager and Mgr, FOH and Front of House.
Once you've found the group of non-onboarded users you'd like to invite, click Add. Your screen will show your selected groups. You will also be able to see how many users are assigned to specific groups.
Click Remove if you no longer wish to invite a particular group.
When you're happy with the groups chosen, click the blue Send invites button.
A notification will appear at the bottom of the screen to confirm that the action has begun and invites are being sent out to your non-onboarded group of users.

Invites will be sent to the email addresses belonging to users in your HR data. If no email address, or an invalid email address sits in your HR data, no invite will be sent.
Here's what to troubleshoot if a team member hasn't received an invite to join Yapster.
