Your role on your Yapster profile is assigned based on information imported from your company HR profile.

Users are grouped by role or department in order to create group conversations that reflect team communication.

Roles are best used for departments e.g. Finance; Accounts; HR,

or

job groups e.g. Bar; Support; Floor; Manager.
