Users with the announcement permission within an organisation are limited, this may be only 1 to 2 users and will most likely sit with your Yapster system administrator or within your senior management team.
This function was designed to override standard newsfeed notification settings and therefore must be used sympathetically.

New or increased health & safety regulations due to situations e.g. COVID-19
Immediate product recalls
Company or industry updates affecting all staff
