In a web browser, clicking Choose picture or video file and Choose PDF from file library will open your desktop File Explorer.

Remember you can upload multiple images, videos, PDFs to your message or reply thanks to our picture carousel (think Instagram).

If your media upload has failed, or you are continually seeing a media loading spinner, click the red X to cancel the upload. You'll then be able to try again without getting 'stuck' in your chat.
