Your directory, located in the Find tab🔍 by clicking on the globe icon🌎 is full of all company locations as well as job roles and departments.
Particularly for larger organisations, this directory can be overwhelming for users navigating the Find tab seeking to get to know their company better.
As well as the importance of Profile Pictures, we want to show you how to liven up your directory groups.
Admin users will be able to make the most of their "edit groups" permission by following these steps:
Step 1: Click Find tab🔍
Step 2: Click Company Directory (Globe icon🌎)
Step 3: Click the location or role group
Step 4: Click (i) icon in the top right corner of the screen
Step 5: Click blue edit button ✏️
Step 6: Add new team picture🖼️
Step 7: Click Save💾
This could be a great way for teams to add personality to their groups, or to display new and exciting brand guidelines.
