Adding hashtags to captions on the newsfeed is a brilliant way to start building up resources and training materials for teams to access, as well as gain momentum during campaigns and team incentives.

Use the search bar to find filtered content and specific hashtags.

When should I use hashtags?

  • Annual events: anything referring to an annual awards show or company meeting including sneak peeks of locations, themes, nominees etc. Countdowns and need to know information should all use the event hashtag. Selfies and team pictures from the event can be added #PUBCO2020

  • Senior leadership interaction: senior leader sending out a call to action using a particular hashtag encouraging feedback. Encourages bottom-up communication and increases transparency #askmeanything

  • Monthly HR internal promotion posts promoting internal development and career progression #newjobalert

  • L&D or training initiatives: regular weekly training updates including videos focusing on one key aspect of upskilling #mixologymondays

Once you've begun to use Hashtags consistently and this has been adopted by your teams, as an administrator you'll be able to explore the use count and interaction levels of hashtags in your Customer Dashboard!
