Our intersecting tool was made to create targeted yaps based on role & location.
Chats made using the filter of an intersection are automatically refreshed in nightly imports because they use roles and locations populated by your underlying HR data.
Within a location:
use the Venn diagram to create separate role yaps.
Search for the location group(s) you want to add and click on the green plus.
Across a large organisation:
Follow the same steps as above, and add multiple locations to your filter to reach all relevant users.
