Group yaps and their content are private to users who are included in those yaps.

Users are not able to search for yaps to join, but the owner of a yap, or anyone with the relevant administrator permissions can choose to add you to the group yap.

Location and role yaps are created and owned by Yapster Bot, all users in these yaps are added and updated based on changes in your HR data.

If you have recently moved sites and your group yaps don't seem to have refreshed, please contact the Guide Dog Team who will be able to resolve this for you.
