Yapster recommends that Area or Regional Managers, along with any colleagues within the Operations team who are responsible for multiple sites should be granted permissions needed by site managers as well as the following:
Create large conversations: allows a user to add 100+ users to a yap (individual or groups of users equating to over 100).
This permission is needed for structured communication at scale and goes hand in hand with the ability to create group conversations.
Usage and engagement dashboard access: allows a user to access Chartio embedded usage dashboard via the Apps tab.
Users with dashboard visibility can access a usage dashboard by logging into Yapster's desktop browser (app.yapsterchat.com) and clicking the Dashboard icon in their Apps tab to open a new tab containing usage metrics. Tables can be expanded and downloaded as CSV.
