Getting a Login Link to your Registered Device
Step 1
When you open your app, enter your registered device email address (or mobile number) followed by clicking on the "Forgotten your password?" link, which triggers an email (or SMS) to be sent to the device.
You will need to use the email or phone number you provided during registration, to receive a login link
If the details don't match, you'll see an error at the top, telling you that email/phone isn't registered
Step 2
Once you've received the login link to your email, click Log In, which will take you o a webpage where you'll have the option to "Log in to app" or "Log in with your browser". Clicking "Log in to app" will automatically log you in to your account, where we suggest you immediately update your password! (instructions below)
Resetting/Updating Your Password
Step 1
Now that you're in your account, click on the icon in the top left-hand corner (Bell or Cog depending on your notification preferences). This will open the sidebar.
Step 2
Go to 'My profile'
Step 3
You will then go to 'Edit', which is at the top right-hand corner.
Step 4
You will then need to scroll down and press the right hand arrow by 'New password'. You can type in your new password and press the left hand arrow in the top corner.
Step 5
You can then scroll back down again and this time click on the right hand arrow next to "Confirm". Here you will need to confirm that new password and press the left hand arrow at the top.
Step 6
You can then click 'Save' at the bottom or at the top and you are done.
