Once you've re-downloaded the Yapster app from your App/Google Play store on your new phone, you will need a login link so we can verify your account.

An easy way to get this is to talk to your administrator. They will be able to send an email/text straight out to your new phone if you have the same number.

Clicking the link within the email/text should get you logged back in.

Remember: the email address/mobile number that you assigned to your account during registration is your username.

New number? No worries! πŸ˜…

Your administrator should be able to help you with this too! Once they've found your account in our admin console and added your new details as a registered device you'll receive a login link via email/text.

Once you're back online with Yapster, head to the settings cog in the top left hand corner of the screen and choose My Devices to manage your details. Only current email addresses and mobile numbers belong here, so make sure you're all up to date.

Still have your old device? Even better! πŸ™Œ

While you're still logged in on your old device head to My Devices and send yourself a login link. The Guide Dog team recommends using your email, that way when you're ready to use your new device you can open your email login link and get straight back to yapping! Your login link will be valid and waiting for you for 7 days.

Still no luck? Help is at hand πŸ™

If you've lost your old phone, your administrator is on annual leave or you just need some extra help - we're here! Use the chat icon on the home page of our Help Centre to chat to us, make sure to include a:

  • Full name

  • Company name

  • Role

Bonus points if you let us know the details of where you'd like your login link to go, we'll have you back online in no time πŸ’¨
