A green dot 🟢 along with a Last Seen time stamp lets you know when users were last active on Yapster.

Our system polls this data every half an hour to give you an up to date view of users online at any one time.

This is particularly useful if you're expecting an answer from a colleague - their Last Seen time stamp will let you know if they've been active on Yapster that day.

Users who have not been online in a few days will have a Last Seen date on their profile as well as an exact time.

If 🟢Last Seen is showing that a user has been inactive for a while, they may need help getting back online which can be found here.
