How do we select these users specifically?
When creating your yap, search your directory for the roles that have a realistic chance of success when applying for the advertised job:

Once you're happy with your role selection, click the green Venn diagram to create a filter.
Type the general location of the position to locate close branches.
Users who already work in these sites are likely to be interested in the news of a new role nearby.
Remember to save your filter and do this for each separate role.
