Head to your app screen and click "Forgotten your login credentials?".
You will be directed to a site called: https://forgotten.yapsterchat.com/
Once here, choose how to recover your login details by confirming whether you know an email address or phone number you have previously used to login with Yapster:
I know an email address or phone number I have previously used to authenticate with Yapster:
You will be prompted to enter the email address or phone number you have used previously to authenticate with Yapster.
Click Find my user.
The system will then search for the contact details you have provided. If there is an account registered to the email address or mobile number provided, you will be prompted to select the correct account from a list of UserMatches.
If you do not login to Yapster using a username and password, click I don't login to Yapster like this. You will be prompted to choose your organisation, and will be given specific login instructions.
Once you have clicked Choose on the correct user, a login link will be sent to the associated email address or mobile number to get you back online. If you have not yet onboarded, a new invite will be sent.
I do not know an email address or phone number I have previously used to authenticate with Yapster:
Selecting this path will require you to find your organisation by typing in the organisation name.
REMEMBER
Your company name is the name of the organisation you work for, rather than an individual brand.
Once you have typed your organisation name, click Find my organisation! The OrgMatches will return any BAU organisations currently using the Yapster service that are a good match to what you have typed.
If more than one result is returned, click Choose on the correct organisation. You will then be prompted to provide further details so your account can be found. These should be your full name and your employee id or number if known.
REMEMBER
You can find your Employee ID on your payslip.
Enter your full name as it appears on your HR profile.
Based on the answers given, a list of OrgUserMatches will be returned. You will need to click Choose on your account, which will prompt the system to send a login link to the email address or mobile number associated with your account.
If no matches exist, you will be prompted to contact your Yapster administrator who can then investigate this for you.
