Yapster works when:
✅ The switch to, and benefits of using Yapster are communicated effectively
in advance of onboarding ;
✅ A clear use case is communicated across the organisation and staff have a good experience through the onboarding process;
✅ The majority of relevant staff are successfully onboarded in the target timeframe;
✅ Organisational/communication structures in Yapster replicate those in previous channels;
✅ Shadow Comms e.g. WhatsApp, etc. use is explicitly prohibited
✅ Managers promote their teams to join, and help them use Yapster, as well as
✅ Managers encourage onboarding by regularly uploading daily relevant information into Yapster to encourage Yapster use as the primary comms channel.
✅ Company leaders are regularly present, and visibly, engaged;
✅ All team members have a current profile picture.
