Auto-yaps are generated by the Yapster Guide Dog admin profile for all site based conversations as well as role-based conversations. This eliminates the admin burden of group chat setup for you and your colleagues when you first onboard to Yapster.

These group chats will be automatically created, and will welcome you into the conversation when you login for the first time. As well as a 1:1 conversation with Guide Dog letting you know how to get help from the Guide Dog team (by heading to the Apps tab and clicking Yapster Help), these are the additional conversations you'll be included in when you first get started with Yapster.
You can choose to mute these conversations by heading to the Settings Cog and clicking Notification Preferences.
Head down to Mute by Content Type and use the toggle to turn MUTE AUTO-YAPS on.
