What's my username?

Your username is the email address or mobile number you provided during registration. These are the contact details uploaded to your HR profile, where you first received your original Yapster invite.

What's my password?

If you remember your username but are having trouble remembering your password, go ahead and click forgotten your password. A login link will be sent to your email address to get you back onboard.

If you don't remember which credentials you used, click "forgotten your login credentials?", and follow these steps to get back online.

Your administrator will be able to get you back online by sending a login link or "registered device" link to you, let them know how they can do this using the below article.

If you no longer have access to the credentials used on initial registration, your administrator can add a new registered device to your account, and you can use the following article to manage your registered devices.
