This article should be helpful to any users who are or have in the past:
on temporary contracts
seasonal staff
returned to a company that uses Yapster for staff communication
and are now wanting to get back onboard with Yapster but having difficulty.
If your employee number has remained the same, your initial account will be refreshed and you will be able to get back onboard with a login link.
If you have returned to your organisation and have a new employee number, a new profile will be created for you which requires you to complete the 3 step invite and registration process once more.
If you haven't received an invite to Yapster since you came back to work, drop the support team a message with the below information so they can get you onboard:
Full name
Organisation
Site Location
Current email address
Returning employee
Including the above details in an email to support@yapster.info will help the team get you onboard in no time💨
