How to give out access to your Yapster usage dashboard to teams that may be involved with usage and adoption

Yapster's reporting capabilities within the Apps tab means teams can monitor and improve usage and adoption metrics in real-time in line with internal KPIs.

Grant the relevant team members the below permission:

  • Usage and engagement dashboard access: allows users to access Chartio embedded usage dashboard via the Apps tab.

This needs to be performed in the the Admin Yapplication and should be given to only necessary users e.g. a specific user in Head Office targeted with increasing onboarding.

These users will be able to access an accurate dashboard by heading to their Apps tab which will look like the following:

Viewing the dashboard yapplication is recommended on desktop where a new tab will be opened. All visible tables can be extended and downloaded as CSV files.
