Who is leading implementation?
Who is facilitating implementation?
Who will be targeted on hitting team onboarding KPIs and thresholds for compliance and engagement?
Who will be responsible for content during launch?
Who (which departments) will be contributing to a content calendar once Yapster is in BAU?
Who will be troubleshooting day-to-day queries and liaising with the Yapster team?
Your answers to these questions will help you understand who needs additional permissions as well as access to the dashboard to monitor your usage.
This group of colleagues should also account for the early adopters that you should invite to the platform once you've had your Yapministrator training session.

Agree phases of the launch and communicate what's coming to the rest of the organisation;
Directory Data Check to verify function groups and remove dummy profiles;
Personalise your Yapster directory: remember your colleagues will need the edit all groups permission in order to do this;
Pre-populate your newsfeed so your teams have content to consume when they onboard;
